Post-Protest, State Dept identifies new awardee for $52M ECA/EX IT Support Services task

Sometimes protests do pay off, as, after several firms challenged an early award decision, the Department of State has made a new award, with this 8(a) STARS II Prime and long-time partner to the Agency picking up this 5-year task to provide IT Support Services to the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, an office whose mission is to foster mutual understanding between the United States and the people of other countries to promote friendly and peaceful relations
