The Census Bureau intends to extend the current contract with Phacil, Inc. to continue to provide IT Service Desk Support services to support the LAN Technology Services Office (LTSO) program. Currently, Phacil Inc. is supporting multiple, critical mission requirements within the LAN Technology Services Office (LTSO) program. This includes desktop management, remote software delivery/management, maintaining the application test lab. It also provides IT service desk support for software assistance, network services, and referral services. Phacil, Inc. also provides a database report writer which provides Tier II and Tier Ill support for report writing. The report writer is able to diagnose complex technical issues/requests and takes actions to resolve them. The period of performance is six months starting September 2018 and has an estimated value of $1.1M.
The contract is currently being recompeted with an award expected on or around December 2018.
