DHS adds new Executive Director Acquisition Policy and Legislation from ICE

Sarah Todd, armed with nearly a decade of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement contracting experience, including a recent stint leading a workforce of 170+ and obligating in excess of $2.5B a year, has taken on a new challenge as Executive Director of Acquisition Policy and Legislation with the Department of Homeland Security.

Prior roles include:

  • Deputy Head of Contracting Activity – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
  • Unit Chief – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
  • Chief of Staff, Office of Acquisition Management – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
