Jonathan Kraden, a Government customer experience and policy subject matter expert brings the perspective he has gained from his time on Capitol Hill and with the General Services Administration, to his new role as the Customer Experience Branch Chief with the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
