“ICE requires Information Technology Program Management Office (ITPMO) Support Services to support the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) National Security Investigations Division.”
“The purpose of this RFI is to determine capable sources for the purposes of selecting the most appropriate contract vehicle(s) and contracting strategies for the recompete of SEVP IT Program Management Office Support Services.”
“ICE is exploring procurement strategies for IT Program Management Office Support Services to assist in the management, testing and administration of both Program-wide and Project-specific requirements using agile methodologies. Program Management Office support services shall include development and maintenance of program support documentation as mandated by Management Directives Volume 4000 – Information Technology Systems to include but not limited to the MD-102, Portfolio roadmaps, project costs and funding artifacts, program performance measures, program management improvement support, data analytics, system requirements audit support, SEVP assessment and business case development, agile metrics and Program and portfolio contract artifacts and tracking, Service Request support, software and hardware analysis support, solutions architecture, and technical architecture writing and communication.”
