DHS issues RFI for Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Policy, Plans, and Analysis


DHS has issued an RFI for administrative, programmatic, systems engineering, research analysis, and scientific support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office, Policy, Plans, and Analysis directorate in order to enhance the nation’s abilities to prevent terrorists and other threat actors from using weapons of mass destruction and support operational partners in closing capability gaps along adversary pathways.

The scope of this support encompasses a full range of program management and technical support services to CWMD Policy, Plans, and Analysis Directorate. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to provide support for the following task areas: Policy, Strategic Analysis, Planning and Outreach, Institute for Infectious Animal Diseases (IIAD) Program and Project Management, IIAD Systems Engineering Support, and support to Biosurveillance Operations, Analysis, and Innovation as well as other program support services.

The award is anticipated for the third quarter of FY 2019.
