Matt Kelley, an established Department of Homeland Security leader, who most recently was at the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center where he was responsible for the NCCIC-level program and budgetary planning and control, executing in excess of a $200M annual budget, has been tapped as Associate Director of Cyber Strategy Performance and Resources. In his new role, as a Senior Executive Service (SES), he will be in charge of leading the Cyber Strategy, Resources and Performance subdivision within the Cyber Security Division (CSD) of CISA. This includes being responsible for the alignment of CSD strategy and planning for over $1B in annual funding to advance cyber defense operations and capacity building capabilities for the Federal Civilian Executive Branch of the government and private sector critical infrastructure partners.
