Charles Blackmore, a self-described “cybersecurity ninja,” has returned to the US Coast Guard after a stint at the National Endowment for the Arts. As Marine Transportation Specialist (Cyber), Charles works with DHS and the private sector to protect our nation’s most critical assets from attack.
In previous roles at USCG, Charles served as a Subject Matter Expert for cybersecurity risks to the Marine Transportation System (MTS) and Federal Information System Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance.
