Firm fixed price Call Orders will be awarded to contractors able to provide services for one or more of the following requirements:

  • Provide consultative and advisory services in support of the BEA Satellite Account for Health Care.
  • Develop a set of statistics that will measure health-care spending throughout the U.S. economy by providing a broad look at how much Americans spend on medical care, as well as a more detailed view over time.
  • Collect data for spending by disease, along with BEA’s proposed disease- level price indexes, to provide a much clearer picture of the drivers of medical care cost increases.
  • Combine health-related data currently held in different sections of the NIPAs…”

This BPA will have a period of performance of five years from the time of award.  Call Orders for services may be issued any time, beginning in August 2019 through August 2024. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
