“The scope of SOW is to pay for annual software maintenance and continue a range IT services in support of the EUMS/Elements application system which provides billing, collections, and asset management software and has been customized for the BIA’s unique needs. Services are for the Western Region power facilities: San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) Power, Colorado River Agency Branch of Electrical Services (CRA-ES) and Truxton Canon.
BIA personnel administer and operate the system with the assistance of the prime contractor and their subcontractor. The contractor is providing program Information Technology services and will perform these services in a Department of the Interior (DOI) or Indian Affairs (IA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) approved development and/or test environments only.
CLIN 00001 is for Annual Software Maintenance for the licensed software.
CLIN 00002 is for Professional Services provided by the respective prime contractor and subcontractor who are the manufacturers of the EUMS and Elements commercial software packages, which have been customized for BIA. These professional services are beyond the technical support provided under the annual software maintenance CLIN, and encompass migrating previous service orders from EUMS to Elements, expanding Elements configuration and integration with MAXIMO®, performing IT Security activities, training analysis and customization, project management, and credentialing of CUSI and Novotx staff and GFE laptops.”
The period of performance is for one year with four option years.
