The FBI sponsored program of InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. It is an association of persons who represent businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States.

The goal of InfraGard is to promote ongoing dialogue and timely communication between members and the FBI. InfraGard members gain access via the InfraGard portal to information that enables them to protect their assets and in turn give information to the government that facilitates its responsibilities to prevent and address terrorism and other crimes. Law enforcement entities like the FBI must remain cognizant of state of the art capabilities and find new ways to engage and share information with the members of InfraGard…”


The FBI is conducting market research on IT services to provide operation and maintenance (O&M) software support, testing and validation, training, product development applications and deployment within an AWS IaaS system administrative support for the FBI’s InfraGard Portal program.

Currently, we are receiving IT services consisting of integrated environments designated as development, test, and production that support all pre-production and production activities for both a public and private hosted site which comprises the IGN and unclassified AWS IaaS public cloud services. This also includes maintaining and enhancing all software interfaces with associated FBI systems. The InfraGard Portal operates as a desktop application with limited mobile readiness and the FBI is looking to enhance and build in new features and functionalities for the InfraGard Portal and expand the mobile friendliness design…”
