JMD is planning a procurement to secure future technical support for the CDCS program across the areas of Pega, Analytics, and Cloud transformation. JMD requires the continued operations and support of the CDCS system and User Training and Communications. The continued operations and support of the systems also includes support services including:
System Enhancements – Significant System Modifications
Operation of the Case Processing, Financial Processing and Help Desk team within the Nationwide Central Intake Facility (NCIF).
Task 1: O & M of CDCS
Software Maintenance: The Contractor shall provide maintenance for all required software components of CDCS including: Pega (v8.4), Oracle (v12c and 19c), Oracle Web Logic, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle VeriData, DynaTrace, Jenkins, Selenium, Power Shell, LoadRunner, JIRA,and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Maintenance includes installation and testing of all regular patches and version upgrades required to maintain the CDCS software and meet DOJ security standards. This includes but is not limited to all security patches and other upgrades required by the software vendor. “2. Task 2: Training, Communications and Change Management
The Contractor shall provide Training, Communications and Change Management for CDCS on an annual recurring basis.
Training is required for a) new DOJ employees, b) new private counsel firms and c) job aides/training for new enhancements added to the system.
Contractor is responsible for ongoing communications to the CDCS User Community including: a) communications to inform users of new functionality and changes to existing functionality, b) regular monthly newsletters, and c) private counsel specific communications.
Change Management Visioning – Contractor team shall support regular change management and visioning sessions with the CDCS user community as part of new development initiatives.
