The Department of Labor has awarded a new sole source contract to Office Remedies, Inc. to provide Employment Data Collection and Processing services for the Current Employment Statistics (CES) data collection centers in five locations in the US. Office Remedies, Inc. has been performing the Employment Data Collection and Processing services for the Current Employment Statistics Data Collection Centers since August 6, 2013. Office Remedies, Inc. has demonstrated that they have data collection staff and supervisors that are capable of collecting quality data, meet deliverables and deadlines, and can successfully perform the requirement. This program includes the enrollment of new respondents and collection of data from ongoing respondents at four Data Collection Centers. Additionally, this project includes a Help Desk to provide assistance to respondents who submit data by web or Touchstone Data Entry.
The period of performance is for a base period of three months, with three, 3-month option periods along with the option to extend services for up to six months. The estimated value of the contract will be $20M for the first twelve-month period, and additional value of $10M for the final six-month extension, if utilized. there is another extension.DOL XTRA
