The incumbent serves as the Director of Enforcement, Benefits and Payments Systems and is responsible for the planning, directing, budgeting, and implementation of financial benefits-focused IT systems, projects, and programs for the Department’s enforcement, benefits and payments agencies. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leads and participates in the formulation of strategies, techniques, and short and long-range plans in efforts to improve existing financial benefits-focused IT systems.
- Assesses overall division effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, directs changes to improve results, and resolves policy and technical issues referred by staff for executive-level attention.
