Lisa Glufling, an IT management executive armed with over 15 years of IT service delivery and program management experience, has taken on a new challenge as Director of IT Governance at the Department of Labor.
In her most recent role at the Library of Congress, Lisa was accountable for IT service delivery for the Office of Library Services, a unit devoted to developing and maintaining the Library’s universal collection.
Prior roles include:
- Chief, Library Services Liaison Section, Partner Engagement, OCIO – Library of Congress
- Manager, Program Management Office, Office of the CIO – Peace Corps
- Division Manager, Participant Management Services, OCIO – Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
