The FHWA intends to award two or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts allowing for Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour (LH) Task Orders. “B.1 ID/IQ MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM CONTRACT AMOUNTS

During the term of the contract, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of $100,000. The maximum amount of all task orders issued against all contracts awarded as a result of this acquisition shall not exceed a ceiling of $200,000,000.

The task orders placed under the contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Cost-Reimbursable (CR) or a combination of those three types, based on a determination by the Contracting Officer (CO) at the task order level…”
