G2X TAKE: Spatial Front (SFI), an 8(a) EDWOSB IT services consulting firm, which has achieved a growth rate of more than 80% year-over-year since its inception, just beat out six other bidders to be awarded a 5 ½-year Application Operations support task funded by the Transportation Department’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This task was competed and awarded as a small business set-aside under the DOT Software Engineering Support BPA.

- This latest task win comes on the heels of SFI winning a $58M DSS Portfolio Services task with the Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration to close 2020. More here.
- Led by President and CEO Amy Gao and Executive Vice President Shawn Zhang, SFI specializes in providing a wide range of IT services, to include system integration, mobile and web application development, mission-critical system operation, enterprise infrastructure engineering, cloud migration, and training to Federal agencies.
- SFI is one of the very fast rising Federal Civilian-focused Companies recently recognized by Inc. for Astounding Growth; they were listed as among the Federal Civilian companies noted as D.C. Metro’s most successful companies in the region; and they were named to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
