“The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services to perform the tasks described under this purchase order entitled, “Railroad Credit Assessment and Portfolio Management (RCAPM) System Maintenance and Budget Support for the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) Program” in support of the mission of the Bureau.”
“This is an OPEN-MARKET, FFP, Set-Aside for Small Business RFQ. Quoters shall quote a total price breakdown utilizing the contract line item number (CLIN) Schedule of Services below. Unless otherwise negotiated, the Contractor will be paid the FFP of each CLIN monthly upon successful completion and Government acceptance.”
“The objective of this contract is to procure services to support the Build America Bureau (Bureau), maintain the RCAPM system and modify it as necessary, to support the RRIF Program in connection with the RCAPM system, and assist the Bureau in generating loan level subsidy calculations, modification cost analyses, and annual re-estimates, as well as the annual budget formulation calculations. The Contractor shall work with the Bureau, Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Department of the Treasury (Treasury), and Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA’s) Enterprise Service Center (ESC).

Task 3: Develop and Conduct Training for RCAPM system to Bureau Personnel
Task 4: Provide Modeling Support

Task 6: Ongoing RRIF Program Support”
“The period of performance shall be for one Base Year (one year) and four, (one year) Option Years to include the Option to Extend Services for up to six months.”
