The Office of Infrastructure and Operations provides and manages the full range of commodity, enterprise-wide IT Shared Services that enable Department of Transportation (DOT) program offices to carry out mission activities.
- These activities include help desk, network, server, storage, desktop, Cloud, email, wireless/mobile, telephony, Internet, telecommunications, data center management, disaster recovery, and all other infrastructure/platform commodity IT offerings, including assistive technologies.”
