- The Associate CIO for Infrastructure and Operations leads the Office of Infrastructure and Operations within the Office of the Chief Information Officer in the Office of the Secretary (OST). The Office of Infrastructure and Operations provides and manages the full range of commodity, enterprise-wide IT Shared Services that enable Department of Transportation (DOT) program offices to carry out mission activities.
- These activities include help desk, network, server, storage, desktop, Cloud, email, wireless/mobile, telephony, Internet, telecommunications, data center management, disaster recovery, and all other infrastructure/platform commodity IT offerings, including assistive technologies.”
