Education Department Federal Student Aid Office awards Digital Customer Care (DCC) Application Development Support task

Veteran-owned TISTA beat out one other bidder to win an 18-month task to provide the Department of Education’s Federal Student Aid Office with Application Development Support Services. The task is intended for test support for the gathering phase and support the User Acceptance Testing and Regression phase of the project including general testing for Digital Customer Care (DCC). This task was awarded as a small business set-aside on the DoEd FSA Application Development Support Services IDIQ.
