Education’s Federal Student Aid Office awards follow-on Enterprise Integrated Technical Architecture Services contract

Re: Contract Award Number: GS-35F-0372L

“Federal Student Aid (FSA), an office in the Department of Education, FSA Acquisitions Group, located in Washington, D.C. proposes to add new work to an existing task order that restricts the number of sources considered for the new work. (FAR 8.405-6).”

“FSA has a requirement to maintain the Enterprise Information Technology Architecture (EITA) solution currently employed at GSA by modifying a GSA Schedule 70 task order that was previously competed for this solution to add the follow-on work described herein. The work will be priced on a firm-fixed price basis except for one liner-item for reimbursable vendor facility expenses. The action requiring approval is the strategy to contract directly with the current EITA provider, PPS Infotech, for said follow-on work under the limited sources authority.”

The period of performance of this requirement is September 1, 2019 to September 15, 2019 with an optional period with a period of performance of September 15, 2019 to September 30, 2019.”
