“Synopsis:

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This pre-solicitation notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, is posted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Information Technology Acquisition Division (ITAD), IT Infrastructure, Systems, and Services Branch (ITISSB) to announce the intention to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Information Management Center Services (IMCS) V. IMCS V will be a Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation using Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources – 8(a) Small Business set aside procedures under FAR 6.2.

Scope of Work: The scope of this Performance Work Statement is to acquire appropriate contract support for four areas of EPA’s mission-critical services: Docket Center, Libraries and the Library Network, Records Management, and National Digitization Centers. The smooth and continual operation of services in these areas is important in allowing EPA staff and outside stakeholders to benefit from these efforts which include:

  • Program Management
  • Management and Administration
  • Web Development and Maintenance
  • Presentations and Training
  • Customer Service
  • Information Technology Systems
  • Collection Management and Modernization
  • Records Management
  • Docket Workflow
  • Library Services
  • Security
  • ..”

“Period of Performance: The period of performance of IMCS V is from the date of the Notice-To-Proceed through 5 years thereafter. Once the IMCS V MA-IDIQ is awarded, task orders will be issued and awarded in accordance with FAR 16.505 procedures…”
