FBI issues Notice of new acquisition schedule for FBI IT Triple – S BPA Re-compete


The FBI is providing information about its planned acquisition of the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (ITSSS) BPA re-compete. The FBI intends to execute a BPA off of General Schedule Administration’s (GSA) IT Schedule 70.

The anticipated track re-structure includes a realignment of the below proposed technical tracks and is set to clearly define areas based on Capability Model Service areas and match the Technology Business Management (TBM).  TBM is a valued-management framework instituted by Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and other technology leaders.  The realigned tracks include: End User Services, Business Application Services, Delivery Services, Platform Services, Infrastructure Services, and Emerging Services.

The FBI is anticipating 15-22 awards per above referenced track to include 10-15 large businesses and five to seven small business per track. The new Acquisition Schedule, given for planning purposes only, is

  • 1/11/19 – Release Draft RFQ to industry
  • 1/18/19 – Questions due from industry, and
  • 2/1/19 – Final RFQ released.
