FBI taps new Digital Transformation Advisor to the CIO

Amy Grubb, an organizational development professional with over two decades of service at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has taken on a new challenge as Digital Transformation Advisor to the FBI Chief Information Officer.

Amy brings recent experience building a corporate-wide technology talent framework and strategy throughout the Information Technology space to focus on “mission initiatives”.

In her new role, Amy is focused on the human aspects of digital transformation, including facilitating cultural, behavioral, and mindset changes to bring about a stronger technology-facing posture in operation challenges and optimizing user experience; focusing on leadership roles of technologists and non-technologists in the development and deployment of mission-centric technologies; and working with the Innovation Office to better support innovative applications of technologies.

Prior roles include:

  • HR/OD Business Partner, EAD of Information Technology – FBI
  • HR/OD Business Partner for the CFO – FBI
  • Senior Director, Organizational Development and Talent – FBI
