Chip Black, an industry leader with over 18 years of progressively responsible experience, primarily supporting Federal Government agencies in solving the most complex business process, administrative, human capital, and information systems problems, has taken on a new challenge leading HR Information Management at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
Chip brings perspective gained in his recent role serving as a member of the OCC’s Human Capital Leadership Team with technical, functional, administrative, and policy leadership over key areas including human capital systems, payroll technical support services, HR business process improvement and HR operational analytics programs, learning technology applications, HR program and project management, and the OCC’s knowledge management/information center.
