Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration awards follow-on contract for new Customer Insurance and Registration Information Support (CIRIS)

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has awarded Senture, LLC with the task to establish a new Customer Insurance and Registration Information Support (CIRIS) program.  The scope of this award includes a wide range of automated and manual customer support services to respond to inquiries about Federal Government programs, policies, information sources and agencies from the public, Congressional offices, business and professional communities, academia, Government offices, and electronic and print media.

This contract is a logical follow-on task necessary to support on-going and unique mission-critical motor carrier registration services. The registration services are a key component in furthering FMCSA’s mission to reduce rashes, injuries and fatalities involving large trucks and buses.

The requirement provides full specialized contact center operations for the Agency’s customer service program for a limited time while the Agency conducts a new competition for these services.

The contract value is $18M and the period of performance is one year with one 6-month option period.
