The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has modified a draft RFP intended to acquire support for the CBRN Office initiatives that require subject matter experts (SME) and technical support for programs and projects. This will include focusing on all facets of CBRN planning and response, establishing standards, guidance, and planning factors to support a national effort to cohesively integrate federal, state and local planning and operations for a significant CBRN incident. This effort will also include preparatory consequence management prior to an incident occurring under the PPD-25 framework. This support is envisioned to be both programmatic and technical in nature.
Official release of RFP with due date will be posted at a later date.
Responses are due by July 13, 2018.
