The Freight Management Program (FMP) has not determined a final path forward for any future freight procurement at this time.

The end customers are Federal Civilian Agencies and the program supports customers. The current GSA managed TMS service contract is nearing expiration and GSA is looking for contract options to service their customer base beyond 2020.
