GSA OCR has awarded a contract to Micropact to update the current iComplaints system to include the single sign on (SSO) system that is required for authentication and security purposes. The updated iComplaints system, to include SSO system, supports the mission of the OCR and Office of Information and Technology by providing a secure data system.
GSA OCR did not conduct market research in addition to that conducted prior to task order award since the vendor, Micropact, currently is administrating support service for their data system iComplaints. The modification is to add a single sign on function to the data system iComplaints that is currently in place for use. The service being requested is a modification to the existing software that is being utilized. Micropact is the only vendor that is the owner of the software; therefore, this is a sole source to add on the additional request.GSA XTRA
