“The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Mission Assurance, more specifically the GSA Associate Administrator (AA), is pursuing a contractor with extensive experience and knowledge in systems/applications development in order to develop a GSA Common Operating Platform (COP), the operations and maintenance (O&M) to support the tool, and systems security services to serve as a technical extension in supporting the need for an agency-wide Emergency/Crisis Management common operating tool.
Solution Objectives:
- A solution that is FedRAMP certified (or has been granted an Authority To Operate (ATO) by a Federal Agency), and FISMA moderate compliant solution
- Offers Integrated Single Sign On with multi-factor authentication
- Is integrated, innovative, and intuitive
- Leverages industry capabilities to access, process, and display complex Emergency Management and Crisis Management tasks for event & incident execution, tracking, and reporting
- An adaptable, flexible, and scalable system to meet Government demands
- Seamless data migration from existing legacy systems and integration with GSA’s and other organization’s systems”
The estimated milestones include the following:
- GSA Release of RFI – 17 June 2020
- Vendor questions on content of RFI – 24 June 2020
- Government Response to questions – 01 July 2020
- RFI Responses from vendors – 13 July 2020
