GSA taps enterprise Salesforce deployment lead to drive Enterprise Platform Solutions

Joe Lawless, a rising leader who brings over a decade of IT experience leading teams in both the government and military environment, including a recent position at the General Services Administration where he was responsible for O&M support of enterprise Salesforce deployment, takes over as Director of Enterprise Platform Solutions at GSA.

Prior roles include:

  • Branch Chief, Applications Operations & Maintenance – GSA
  • Deputy Assistant Director, Applications – Federal Trade Commission
  • Global Incident Manager – DISA
