Clayton Schoenbine, building on perspective gained serving as GSA Advantage! operations product manager responsible for managing projects in accordance with all applicable government regulations, operating procedures, and organizational performance standards, takes on a new challenge as Federal Marketplace Strategy Customer Experience Lead with GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service.
In this role, Clayton will develop and evaluate metrics to determine the success of customer experience initiatives; conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess program outcomes.
