“Civilian agencies have largely been more willing to adopt the tech, with slightly more than 17 percent of their IT investments residing in the cloud today. The General Services and Social Security administrations both run more than 35 percent of their applications in the cloud, while the Education, Energy, Treasury and Veterans Affairs departments use the tech for about one-tenth of their IT systems, GAO found.” Read the full article here.
