“The NRC requires a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) FedRAMP-certified solution from a HUBZone certified small business that includes product hosting in a cloud-based environment, migration of the existing NRC Intranet content to the new environment; and related maintenance support.
Based on the NRC’s extensive market research, the NRC identified Competitive Innovations, LLC, as the only HUBZone certified small business to be capable of meeting NRC’s requirements. Accordingly, the NRC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract to that firm to satisfy the NRC’s requirements. The authority for this action is Sole source awards under the HUBZone Act of 1997-15 U.S.C.657a (see FAR 19.1306).
