“As the national Program Director you will manage a $100M+ multi-faceted program, and serve as the contractor’s authorized interface with the FAA’s Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. You will be responsible for formulating and overseeing multiple, concurrent, federal work releases, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and supervising contractor personnel. As the Program Director, you will also create and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress to corporate management and clients. You will maintain client contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations, and you will ensure the development, maintenance, and implementation of orders and required management plans.”
- A Bachelor Degree or equivalent in, Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or Science. (Professional Engineer (PE) certifications can also be considered in lieu of a degree.)
