“CGI Federal is excited to announce the addition of three new federal cyber experts to its growing cyber practice.
- Stacy Dawn – Served as Deputy CISO at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and worked with multiple agencies’ CISO offices on cyber initiatives, including at the U.S. Export–Import Bank and at the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission. Ms. Dawn brings over 25 years of successful leadership, management, supervision and customer support experience.
- Christine Horwege – Supported the Department of Energy, Department of Defense and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), establishing CISO governance at all three. Horwege joins CGI Federal with military and civilian experience in strategy and planning, technology market analysis, risk management methodologies and enterprise program management.
- Victor Foulk – Served as the CISO of Naval Reactors, where he oversaw of all aspects of nuclear security pertaining to U.S. Navy nuclear propulsion. He brings twenty years of experience in complex systems development, process re-engineering, human capital development and IT/security program management.
