Press Release: John Adamo joins Redhorse as Energy Business Development and Capture Director

“John Adamo joins Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse) as the Energy Business Development and Capture Director, effective August 9th, 2021. With Mr. Adamo’s broad experience in the energy sector, he will develop strategy and position the energy business-line at Redhorse for growth, focused on energy policy, installation and operational energy, smart buildings, and carbon capture/greenhouse gas tracking and reduction initiatives.

Adamo is prepared to tackle the opportunities that will emerge from the new Executive Order currently being drafted by the Biden Administration which will set new goals, policies, and mandates to set a new course for the Federal energy management program. Redhorse embraces the challenges of electrification and decarbonization of our clients, building microgrids with renewable and innovative generation sources and battery storage, supporting high-performance buildings, and implementing energy and water conservation measures. Through data analytics, statistics, AI/machine learning, Redhorse focuses on solving energy challenges through a deeper understanding and application of data science.

Adamo brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Redhorse – from a passion for energy and the transition to a lower carbon economy, to experience in defense, technology, and alternative fuels. As a Marine Corps Reserve Officer, Adamo understands the energy and environmental needs of the Department of Defense (DoD) and is poised to address those needs.

‘While I consider myself an energy professional first and foremost, I’m excited to have found an opportunity that overlaps with several professional and personal interests,’ said Adamo. ‘I’m looking forward to further contribute to Redhorse’s success at the intersection of federal work and energy – the new administration has reinvigorated the focus on energy and what the federal government can do directly with its own carbon footprint.’…” Read the full press release here.
