“MindPetal, a digital modernization service provider to the federal government, is pleased to announce the award of a new CIO-SP3 SB 8(a) task order to provide SharePoint and Office 365 administration and modernization support to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), an agency of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Under this four-year task order, MindPetal and its subcontractor Planet Technologies will provide day to day operational support for the USCIS Enterprise Collaboration Network (ECN) and USCIS Connect, SharePoint environments that support more than 23,000 USCIS users with access to more than 7,500 USCIS SharePoint sites and subsites.
