Julie Rushin Director for IRS Portfolio
Julie has worked both on the business and IT side and brings a very unique perspective to IRS customers. With over 38 years of distinguished government service as a senior executive and eight years as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies as well as Federal clients around IT modernization initiatives that help drive a more efficient and effective Government systems that deliver mission results and a better user experience. She has a proven track record of delivering projects impacting up to 150M taxpayers that others said could not be done.  Julie’s experience at IRS includes Deputy CIO for Information Technology, Director of Strategy and Finance for Wage and Investment, Business Modernization Executive for IRS enterprise, as well as other roles including a leader in Examination and Research functions.

Robert Crawford – Director of Growth and New Initiatives for the IRS Portfolio
Robert joins Peraton from a diverse background including playing a key leadership role in the multibillion-dollar transformation of Hewlett Packard (HP) IT and later serving as HP Vice President, Head of Infrastructure Services.  He also served 4 years as Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the IRS. During his tenure at the IRS, the US Tax system achieved 100% systems availability during tax filing season, and the IRS moved from a weekly into a daily processing cycle. Further, the agency realized 99% on-time and 98% on-budget delivery of over 200 projects annually. As a global business executive and IT leader, Robert understands the “business of IT” and has demonstrated experience at crafting and executing enterprise level change in response to challenging business demands. He has more than 30 years of experience leading turnaround strategies that positively impact total cost of ownership, drive innovation, and streamline platforms. The ability to lever big data, digital/emerging technologies, drive change, enhance enterprise-wide performance, and break previously insurmountable barriers, are a hallmark of his work.

Adam Kravitz – Senior Director of Strategy for the Citizen Services Business Unit
Adam joins Peraton from the Internal Revenue Service. His role at the IRS was Chief of Sourcing and Supplier Management for IT which brings a wealth of transformational IT experience in services strategies, large scale strategic outsourcing and supplier management. Prior to IRS, Adam was a Managing Consultant with IBM Global Services focusing on procurement strategy for the Public Sector and commercial business transformation outsourcing.

Terry Milholland – Consultant to Citizen Services Leadership team
Terry currently provides enterprise IT consulting services for CEO’s and CIO’s. Terry was the IRS first-ever Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, he is a visionary and a proven expert that helps solve the big challenges and the complexities large enterprises face during transformation efforts.”
