Update: Protests related to GSA OASIS SB On-Ramp dismissed

G2X TAKE: The last known outstanding protest – put forth by Immersive Concepts – related to this multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, that is intended to provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services, has now been dismissed.  

Please note that a ‘dismissal’ by GAO does not necessarily mean the issue is resolved and oftentimes only indicates the contracting authority/agency has agreed to proactively take some corrective action to address a deficiency identified as part of the protest process.  

No details are available as to the grounds for the protest, or the reason for the decision, but they will be shared here as they are made available.

G2X TAKE: Two of the protests – by Systematic Management Services and LCGI SSAI JV – related to this multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, that is intended to provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services, have now been dismissed. 

Please note that a ‘dismissal’ by GAO does not necessarily mean the issue is resolved and oftentimes only indicates the contracting authority/agency has agreed to proactively take some corrective action to address a deficiency identified as part of the protest process. 

No details are available as to the grounds for either protest, or the reason for the decision, but they will be shared here as they are made available.

G2X TAKE: Two more protests have been levied related to this multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, that is intended to provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. 

No details are available as to the grounds for the protests put forth by Systematic Management Services or Immersive Concepts, but they will be shared here as they are made available. The listed due date for a decision is no later than mid September. Including the prior protest by LCGI SSAI JV, LLC, that brings the total to three known active open protests on the docket.

G2X TAKE: Just days after announcing the SB Pools 1, 3, & 4 apparent successful offerors for the On-Ramp of this multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, that is intended to provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services, comes word of a protest.

No details are available as to the grounds for the protest by LCGI SSAI JV but they will be shared here as they are made available. The listed due date for a decision is no later than September 9, 2020.

G2X TAKE: All known active protests filed in relation to the On-Ramp for this multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, that is intended to provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services, have now been dismissed.

The protests put forth by Digiscient Corporation, People, Technology and Processes, Technology, Automation & Management, NetCentric Technology and Federal Miracle Tech are all now listed as having been dismissed. No details are available as to the grounds for any of the protests, nor the reasons for the decisions.

Additional protests have now been filed by Federal Miracle Tech, Technology, Automation & Management, Inc., and People, Technology and Processes.

No details have been provided as to the grounds for the new protests at this time. More information will be shared here as it is made available.

G2X TAKE: Just days after the GSA OASIS SB Pool 1 Phase 2 apparent successful offerors were announced comes word of two protests being filed with GAO.

No details have been provided as to the grounds for the protests put forth by NetCentric Technology or Digiscient at this time. More information will be shared here as it is made available.

The listed due date for a decision is no later than June 3, 2020 and June 4, 2020 respectively.
