Recent State CIO joins EDWOSB as Partner and VP

This EDWOSB, with capabilities in digital security, mobility solutions, cloud and engineering, has recruited this retired Senior Foreign Service member previously responsible for the State Department’s information resources and technology initiatives for the Information Resource Management (IRM) Bureau’s budget of $569 million and overseeing State’s total IT/ knowledge management budget of approximately one billion dollars.
