G2X TAKE: Maximus, a leading management, technology, and strategy consulting firm has been awarded a new 10-year task in support of the Securities and Exchange Commission to provide Enterprise EDGAR System Support Services. The task, valued at $224M, was awarded using the SEC OneIT IDIQ.

Take Bytes

  • Earlier this year it was announced that Maximus, a leading provider of government services worldwide, had completed the acquisition of the Federal division of Attain. With the acquisition, Maximus gains access to Attain’s broad range of contract vehicles to include SEC ONE OIT, ITES-3S, CMS SPARC and CIO-SP3 SB. See the full list of contract vehicles here.
  • In 2018, Attain was one of three companies awarded an unrestricted contract in the SEC’s One OIT project. In 2013, Attain was awarded its first work with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)—the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Center of Excellence (COE) and Application Management Support (AMS) contracts, including oversight of 55+ Enterprise applications, systems, and websites, including EDGAR and SEC.gov. These projects proved strategic in expanding our service to the SEC. Source: Attain
  • Last Spring, Attain beat out three other bidders to score a 10-year task to provide Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFMW) Platform support services to the SEC and they were just awarded a $12M task to support approximately 42 development sprints/year (7 sprints every 2 months) and development/O&M support for 60+ unique analytical solutions connecting to 75+ different data sources. More here.
  • With a focus on leveraging an Agile, secure, and customer-centered approach to digital transformation, Attain has developed a broad client base across the public sector, to include numerous Federal Government agencies and nearly every key civilian agency. See the list here.
  • To close out 2020, Attain and Maximus were both named to the Federal IT firms noted as the most innovative technology companies in the region and both were named to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
