“The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) mission is to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. The SEC’s Division of Enforcement utilize a variety of data that contain current, historical and futures information about sensitive public company data, mutual fund data, trade and quote data, to name a few examples.

The Division of Enforcement conducts investigations into possible violations of the federal securities laws, and prosecutes the Commission’s civil suits in the federal courts as well as its administrative proceedings.”

“This requirement will be used to provide professional contractor support services to the SEC on a local and nationwide basis, including the U.S. Territories. The contractor shall recruit and retain professional contractor personnel with skills in the following professional disciplines: Accounting, Administration/ Office Automation, Auditing, Communications and Media, Business and Financial Analytics, Document/Records Management, Forensics, Fraud, Legal, Program/Project Management, and Technical Writing/Editing.

The scope of work can include, but is not limited to, the following categories: specialized professional services in support of program analysis and data governance, administration, communications, litigation, investigations, inspections, examinations, case related administration, and other efforts, auditing and accounting services, forensics, statistical analysis, business and policy management support, and other special projects, as needed.

The SEC reserves the right to add additional specialized support services to meet its changing business needs. The SEC also reserves the right to determine whether to source professional services through other contract vehicles, as this IDIQ is not a requirements contract…”
