SFI picks up Prime spot on USDA EAS Cloud Technology-Based Application Configuration, Support Services BPA


Spatial Front, Inc (SFI) was awarded a Prime position on the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Enterprise Applications Services (EAS)Cloud Technology-Based Application Configuration, Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This win is a testament to our firm’s years of continuous delivery and excellence supporting federal agencies’ cloud computing programs that consume Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Data, and Geospatial support services. SFI shares this BPA win with teammates IBM and DRT Strategies.”

“The objective of the USDA EAS BPA is to improve agility, enhance responsiveness and ensure Cloud First policy compliance for the USDA. EAS expects its portfolio of PaaS and SaaS-based applications will continue to increase at a rapid pace, and to derive the most benefit of cloud computing EAS requires support to establish repeatable processes for managing the complex, multi-tenant environment. A Call Order on the BPA can include at a minimum one Task Area or any combination of the following Task Areas:

  • Task Area 1: UX Design, Business Analysis, Development, Integration
  • Task Area 2: Data Management and Securitization
  • Task Area 3: Program Management Support and Center of Excellence (COE) Governance
  • Task Area 4: Release Management and Post-Implementation Maintenance Support
  • Task Area 5: Support / Help Desk
  • Task Area 6: Training”
