G2X TAKE: HealthStar, an 8(a) woman-owned small business and full stack digital consultancy, recently added two new wins to the support the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
For the first award, HealthStar beat out 4 other bidders to pick a 3-year Mobile First Tools for Digital Money Toolkit task. This contract was competed as a woman-owned set-aside on GSA IT-70.
The second was a new 5-year single award BPA to support Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Platform Operations. This BPA was competed on GSA IT-70 as an 8(a) set-aside, drawing two other bids. The initial task, valued at $3.5M, was awarded shortly after the BPA was finalized.
