SSA has issued a market survey/sources sought to help determine the availability and technical capability of qualified businesses providing a RPA solution to assist with automating tasks, particularly repeatable Human Resources (HR) process. SSA operates with a number of manual and automated processes. SSA existing processes focus heavily on workers transcribing information from forms and data sheets to different data structures or applications. As we are moving this process to a more automated system, we need the ability to automate these tasks, requests, and data transfers.
Responses are due by July 24, 2018.
