TechFlow’s focus on expansion and growth in the Digital Services sector has created an opportunity to add a Senior Business Development Director / Capture Manager to our Business Development Team! The ideal candidate will have business development experience and proven success capturing Digital Services, IT development and sustainment programs in the FEDCIV markets, including the General Services Administration (GSA), Departments of Homeland Security (DHS), Treasury, and United States Patent and Trademark Office and others.
This ideal candidate will identify gaps and emerging requirements; develop, mature and maintain an opportunity pipeline; perform market and economic analysis; conduct business intelligence; design and execute formal capture plans; and support proposal development and price to win activities. Develop an overall win strategy and perform the associated marketing for assigned opportunities. Develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions, in order to respond to and win business with new and existing customers.
- Proven FEDCIV business development experience within the Digital Services sector, with strategic engagements at the enterprise level, including Department and Agency level senior executives. Maintain an opportunity pipeline of $1-2B.
- Focus primarily, but not exclusively, on identifying and maturing TechFlow’s opportunities and relationships within the FEDCIV market.
- Develop Capture Plans and Campaign Plans, drawing on successful experience across the business development life cycle for all capabilities and solutions, particularly for large–scale technology opportunities.
