Guy’s contracting experience includes providing expert guidance and direction for the largest IT acquisition portfolio in the DHS and perspective gained responsible for obligating 40% of CBP’s total $3.5B budget; influencing innovative and agile workflows for major CBP IT acquisitions and ensuring that “best in class” procurement processes such as early industry-government collaboration, the use of strategic sourcing vehicles, and competitive source selection methodologies, were exercised for planning and executing IT acquisitions.
