Treasury issues RFI for U.S. Mint Industrial Control System (CS) re-design

Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the United States Mint (MINT) is seeking sources for professional services to execute, re-design and implement the U.S. Mint Industrial Control System (CS).

The MINT currently has several disparate Industrial Control System (ICS), Building and Safety Automation (BAS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems in its Minting locations. There is no comprehensive inventory, security design, or Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) documentation covering these systems or network segments. The US Mint operates four manufacturing facilities in Denver, San Francisco, West Point, Philadelphia, and maintains an HQ in Washington, D.C. The requirements include the following necessary services: Program Management and Oversight, ICS Redesign and Implementation and ICS O&M Program Design.
