“The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) program resides within the US Department of the Treasury’s Departmental Offices (DO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) organization. OCIO provides leadership to the Department of Treasury and its Bureaus in all areas of information and technology management and supports Treasury’s Mission by implementing strategies that improve the efficiency and performance of Treasury information technology (IT) systems and business processes.
ECM is a set of web-based tools to electronically capture, store, search/analyze, collaborate, share and manage documents. Treasury’s ECM is both strategy and a set of technologies that will improve management of unstructured information across the Department of Treasury and potentially beyond. At its core, ECM utilizes SharePoint, an online platform for inter-office collaboration and centralization.
The Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the Department of Treasury has identified a need for consulting support from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Webtrends Analytics product to provide on premise implementation expertise.
The contractor shall provide 59 hours of support for the EBS Webtrends Analytics on Premise implementation with tasks including but not limited to:
- Business and/or Technical requirements definition
- Data collection strategy
- Knowledge transfer
- Business and/or Technical solution design
- Creation and modification of reporting
- Analysis of data and recommendations for improvement
- Project Management
This award will be for a 12-month base year and (4) (1) year option periods.
